The Weller Dinner at Mere Bulles 

Join us for an unforgettable evening of bourbon and fine dining on November 20th, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 pm. Led by Sazerac’s own Will Beavin, this exclusive event features a three-course dinner with an amuse bouche—each course artfully paired with one of five 1-ounce pours of the iconic Weller Bourbon Collection: Weller 12, Full Proof, Antique 107, Single Barrel, and CYPB. From foie gras on house-made sourdough to pan-seared duck with fermented peach mostarda, each dish is crafted to complement the depth and character of these remarkable bourbons.
